The general parthood relation.

fnbr:has_as_member

A collection has an entity as one of its members. Distinct from parthood: a flock is not a part of its members but contains them as members.

An entity contains another. Container/contained or collection/member depending on Domain type.

The material-constitution relation: an entity is made of a particular material or substance. Distinct from parthood — the statue is made of (constituted by) marble but is not 'part of' the marble.

A building or built structure has a particular architectural component (wall, roof, foundation, window).
